About Shannon

A career intelligence officer, Shannon's two decades of service culminated in a Presidential nomination and Senate confirmation as the U.S. Treasury's Assistant Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis — advising the White House, the Cabinet, and the Director of National Intelligence on the national security implications of global capital flows.

During her time at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Shannon built and led the Intelligence Community's foreign investment risk review function, including direct stewardship of intelligence support to CFIUS at the most senior levels, and helped drive key updates to the CFIUS framework. She is a recipient of the Meritorious Presidential Rank Award and the Treasury Medal.

Today, Shannon brings that experience directly to clients navigating the increasingly complex intersection of strategic capital and national security.
